Terms and Conditions

SPECIAL NOTICE - MODEL RELEASE REQUIRED FOR GROUP CLASSES: All Group Classes. Training Workshops, and Coaching Sessions may be video taped so we can provide make-up classes and CoffeeShop Dog Training lessons available online. A model release will be provided at Class #1 and is required for participation in our group programs. Videography is offered for private lessons, but is not required.

VACCINATIONS: I understand that proof of current vaccinations is required for all Group Classes, Doggie Day School, Training Workshops and In-Camp Training.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT: Payment is required to reserve a space in any of the group classes or workshops.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS: Refunds for cancelled reservations can be given up to 7 days before class starts. Once inside the 7-day cancellation window, if the class is full, refunds are not given as other students have likely already been turned away.

MAKE-UP CLASSES: We do not normally offer "make up "classes. However, from time to time, our schedule of classes has 1 or 2 sessions on the same topic offered during the same week. If a class is available you are welcome to come to an alternate class.

RELEASE FROM LIABILITY: I/We acknowledge that playing with, training and interacting with dogs can involve risks of serious injury and damage to myself and others, my pet and my property. I understand and agree that while taking training classes and lessons at Camp Canine or at other locations, I am involved AT MY OWN RISK and knowledgeably assume all risks, known and unknown, of any activity in which I am involved. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camp Canine, Inc., John and Mary Sorosky, and any of their staff and service providers, in the event of a loss on my part.

Camp Canine sponsors Education Programs offered by Santa Barbara's dog rescue community. Call our Training Department at 805-972-1013 for information about upcoming seminars. You can also check the appropriate Rescue Organization's web site for details about programs that are available.
